Butchery

All our meats are home reared from our farm, then being sent to Elliots at Calow where they are slaughtered and returned back to us to be cut up in the shop, giving us full traceability on all our meat.

Available in the shop we have pork, beef, lamb, mutton, Christmas turkeys and geese and various other poultry. Our beef is hung for at least 21 days to ensure the best flavour and tenderness.

There is always a butcher available for advice on cuts and cooking and to offer variations within cuts where possible.
